There is indeed! Turning off devices and disabling Internet on your writing devices should help! (But you're already prolific yourself... lol)

I like this Graham and think you’re pretty much right on with all the advice. But ... 😀 I’ll also say that when my head is on straight and I’ve got a strong sense of purpose, it’s easy to sit down and write. When it’s hard to sit down and write, I try to take note of that, to ask myself what’s going on that’s blocking me. Sometimes just identifying that 1) I have a blocker and 2) it’s okay to set it aside, are enough. But I’ve been a little, uh ... unproductive of late, maybe it’s time for me to try freedom.io

Yeah, distraction in itself hasn't been a huge problem for me lately -- though it certainly was in my younger years. I think working as a full-time writer has something to do with it. If I'm not sitting down to write these days, it's because something else is up: need a break, stuck on some key point or decision, don't want to face a particular scene/piece of writing, etc. That's where either "good vibes only" or actually taking a break kick in.
