Unfortunately, sharing it on Substack would constitute publishing, which would eliminate it from contests and publications elsewhere. I'm not sure I'll get it to the point where I can or want to publish it, but I'm going to leave my options open!
If it does ever get published though, I'll certainly let everyone here know!
I've honestly found that the poems I write at my most vulnerable are the ones that resonate with my readers the most. Thanks for this post, it gave me new ideas on channeling that vulnerability 🤗

That's an excellent point, and maybe grist for another post! It's can be difficult to be vulnerable, but there are also rewards in that regard, too!
